In the IVF procedure only 2-3 embryos are advised to be transferred. If there are more good quality embryos it can be cryo preserved (frozen) if the intended parents desires. In case of unsuccessful IVF procedure in that cycle, frozen eggs can offers a another chance to transfer without another round of medication. Frozen embryos can be stored in liquid nitrogen near to -196 degree celsius. As such there are no indication that frozen embryos / frozen eggs malformation as compared to natural conception.
